FINE HOUSE - architectural studio

Our architectural studio is small, flexible and original. It emphasizes the most in the cooperation with the client to create the space of the client´s wish. Our target is an individual solution with high aesthetic quality, but technicaly based.

We design projects from family houses to larger buildings. The studio offers making projects from the concept to author observation of the realization (studies, projects for planing permission, projects for building permission, projects for construction, projects of real built buildings etc.) and cooperates with a wide range of specialists depending on the needs of individual projects.

The house by our project will always work perfectly, but other things – as elaboration of details, author observation of the realization, material surface finishes and house furnishing – will be up to you if you will turn to us. It is important to know, that by commisioning the project or any of it´s part you buy our time and it is up to you into what detail you want us to work on your house.

We like clear spaces and simple shapes, using materials in their natural form, we incline to a low energy and passive houses, but also the use of the principles of feng-suej. But we do not force anything or anyone.

Larger buildings need an individual approach. We have experience from our own realisations (restaurants, shop units, veterinary medicine) and from cooperation on large commisions (shopping centres, education, housing). In the case of large commisions and fast deadlines we are prepared for cooperation with friendly architectural studios.

The main architect of the studio is Ing. arch. Katerina Holmanova. Co-worker is Ing. arch. Sona Urbackova.

FINE ART

FINE ART is purely our private statement on the way of searching for the better in us and around us. We want to show the world – internal, external, spiritual as well as material – in all its beauty.

You will certainly choose only the paintings by your feelings, we are also choosy. But when we achieve something and like it, we want to share it.
